The Divine Feminine

The Feminine Archetypes in Balance.

We have heard these terms floating around on social media, whether on TikTok, Instagram or the like. They keep showing up as these qualities to embody or manifest within ourselves. We did a blog previously on the Divine Feminine and Masculine and I thought we could dive deeper into the divine feminine and explore these new terms such as the dark feminine, soft feminine and so on.

This topic continues to rise to the surface of mainstream media as more and more individuals are becoming aware of these archetypes and how it is affecting their everyday life, their mental health and what they truly desire their life to be, how they want to feel and what they want to offer the world.

Before we begin, let’s first understand what is manifestation…

Manifestation is the process of bringing your desires, goals, or intentions into reality by aligning your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and actions. It is rooted in the idea that your mindset and energy can influence outcomes.

Manifestation involves not just wishing for something but actively cultivating a mental and emotional state that matches the reality you want to create.

I have also found that manifestation is directly linked to your self worth. To throw around another IG self help term, practice your self love.  This is more than bubble baths and coffee date (although definitely add them in when you can), self love is about discipline, accountability and self empathy – I always ask myself and my friends when our inner critic gets unkind or malicious – Would you speak to someone you deeply love the way you speak to yourself?

Core Principles Of Manifestation

Core Principles of Manifestation:

1. Clarity of Intention:

Knowing exactly what you want. Or better, who you want to be, how you want your life to feel.

2. Visualization:

Using mental imagery to picture your desired outcome as if it has already happened.

3. Belief and Faith:

Trusting that your goals are possible and that you are worthy of them.

4. Emotional Alignment:

Feeling the emotions you would have if your desires were fulfilled (e.g., joy, gratitude).

5. Taking Aligned Action:

Manifestation requires effort—making choices and taking steps that align with your goals.

6. Letting Go and Trusting the Process:

Avoid obsessing over the outcome and trust that things will unfold in the right way. The joy is in the process, in the being, not just the doing.

Psychology Behind Manifestation:

• Law of Attraction:

This principle suggests that the energy you send out (through thoughts, beliefs, and emotions) attracts similar energy. If you focus on abundance, positivity, or opportunities, you become more likely to notice and act on those things.

• Self-Fulfilling Prophecies:

Your beliefs shape your behavior. If you truly believe you can achieve a goal, you are more likely to take actions and seek opportunities that align with that belief.

• Neuroplasticity:

Repeated thoughts can rewire your brain, making you more receptive to certain habits, goals, or ways of thinking.

Example of Manifestation:

If you want to manifest a new job, you could:

1. Set a clear intention (e.g., “I will find a fulfilling job that aligns with my skills and passions”).

2. Visualize yourself working in your dream role every day.

3. Feel the excitement and gratitude for this opportunity.

4. Apply for jobs, network, and improve your skills.

5. Trust that if the timing or opportunity isn’t perfect now, it will come.

Manifestation In Practice

Manifestation in Practice:

Manifestation bridges mindset and action, allowing you to create a life that reflects your deepest desires by embodying the energy and belief of your future self. Hence these aspects of divine feminine energy are shared as aspects of ourselves we can harness.

• Divine Feminine:

Embraces manifestation through intuition, visualization, and trust.

• Dark Feminine:

Uses shadow work to remove limiting beliefs and channel power.

• Soft Feminine:

Manifests by being open, receptive, and grateful.

• Strong Feminine:

Takes action confidently and pursues goals with resilience.

Embracing Feminine Energies for Wholeness

Embracing Feminine Energies for Wholeness

The journey of embodying the Divine, Dark, Soft, and Strong Feminine energies is one of integration and balance. Each brings essential qualities—love, transformation, sensitivity, and strength—that are needed for personal growth and harmonious relationships. Whether through self-care (ie. discipline and compassion), creativity, shadow work, or leadership, these energies help us embrace the complexities of life with grace and authenticity.

In acknowledging and working with all these aspects, we learn that power lies not in suppressing parts of ourselves but in honoring them fully. The feminine is not a singular experience; it is a dynamic flow between light and shadow, softness and strength. Through this balanced integration, we align with our true essence—capable of nurturing, transforming, leading, and loving ourselves and the world around us.
