What is Yoga?
The word Yoga comes from the Sanskrit word “Yuj” meaning to yoke, bind, join, attached and union.
It is the connection of the body, mind and spirit.
We form this connection through our breath and our asana practice (the practice of yoga postures).
The more we practice, the more we build an awareness of this connection.
