Mandla has also completed a 100hr meditation, breathwork and mindfulness course with Yoga Union in Bali and has a degree in philosophy and anthropology from Wits University as well as an LLB Law degree from Wits.

“Yoga is such an amazing and powerful practice and has the ability to bring tremendous knowledge, peace and bliss to any sadhaka (practitioner). My passion is to use yoga to help others journey deeper within themselves and help them explore every layer of their being: the physical, mental as well as the spiritual. My classes are quite challenging but also very fun and are Ashtanga Vinyasa-inspired.

Ndivhu yoga teacher

Meet Ndivhudzannyi

In the VhaVenda cultural context, names reflect life purpose, and Ndivhudzannyi is a name given to a child who will contribute to restoring well-being.

Ndivhudzannyi is a Registered Counsellor and E-RYT 200 yoga teacher.

The overall intention of her yoga classes is to empower people to progress toward improved well-being.

She guides a slow class valuing stillness and challenging you to pay attention to your breath, emotions, thinking, and body sensations. She values yogic philosophy and the use of Sanskrit in her teaching to honour yoga asana and pranayama as an indigenous knowledge system.

Meet Lexi

Lexi is a gentle yet fire lit soul, after Yoga and meditation helped ease the pressures of 2020. Afterwards, her yoga practice deepened and she took it that one step further and completed her teacher training so that she could have the opportunity to share this practice with you.

Yoga practice is a magic that Lexi shares from her heart. You can expect compassion and laughter in a power vinyasa practice.
